Can I leave a review?

Where reviews are enabled, customers can leave feedback about their experience with a listing.

Do I need an account to use Gatherity?

Yes. Gatherity offers a Free listing option so hosts can get started without an upfront listing cost.

What are Featured Listings?

Featured Listings are paid promotional options designed to give your listing additional visibility across Gatherity.

Why should I feature my listing?

Featuring your listing can give it greater visibility and help more potential customers discover your space or service.

Can I edit my listing after publishing?

Yes. Hosts can manage and update their listing information through their account where the relevant editing options are available.

Can I add photos to my listing?

Yes. Adding high-quality photos can help customers understand your space and make your listing more attractive.

Can customers contact me?

Where messaging is enabled, customers can contact hosts through Gatherity with questions about their listings.

Can I receive reviews?

Yes. Where reviews are enabled, customers can leave feedback on eligible listings.

Can I claim an existing listing?

If a listing for your business or space already exists on Gatherity, eligible owners may be able to claim it and manage the listing.

Can I have more than one listing?

Depending on your account and listing options, you may be able to create multiple listings for different spaces or offerings.

We recommend including accurate details about your space, services, location, pricing, availability, facilities, rules, and high-quality photos.

How can I make my listing stand out?

What does “Featured” mean?

Does Gatherity charge hosts to list?

Gatherity offers a free listing option. Additional paid features, such as Featured Listings, may have a fee.

What do I pay for a Featured Listing?

The price depends on the Featured Listing option available at the time of purchase. The applicable price will be shown before payment.

Are there any additional fees?

Any applicable fees should be clearly shown before you complete a paid purchase.

How are payments processed?

Payments for Gatherity’s paid features are processed through the payment system provided on the platform.

Can I get a refund?
